Tyra Jambois, Founder

Inclusive Educational Consultant & Coach

I’m a Learning Behavior Specialist with masters degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Educational Leadership. For over a decade, I’ve worked in Special Education as an Instructional and Behavior Coach in a Special Education Cooperative, where I support educators, paraprofessionals, principals, and leadership teams through coaching and consulting on evidence-based instructional practices, behavior supports, inclusive education, and trauma-informed approaches. I lead professional development at local and national levels and serve as an Adjunct Professor in Special Education at both DePaul University and National Louis University. In addition to my work with educators, I also support families by helping them understand and navigate special education systems, advocate effectively for their children, and collaborate meaningfully with schools. As both a professional and a parent of children who receive special education services, I bring a dual perspective that deepens my understanding of IEPs, 504 plans, legal documentation, and the importance of collaborative, solution-focused advocacy.
